Reclamation means : (a) To take back land from the rich and build multistoreyed
buildings on them (b) To reclaim the land sold to the rich, to take away their
bungalows and build for the poor (c) To force the haves to donate their land to
the have-nots (d) To reclaim marshy or submerged areas or other wasteland for
settlements, cultivation or other use
